Complaints

Submit complaints to your authorised retailer. When doing so, state the stove type and serial number of the product. You can find these data on the typed label on the back of the heater and on the back page of the general user manual. Important! To speed up the processing of your complaint, we recommend sending a copy of the warranty certificate or sales receipt. If these documents are not attached at the outset, you will be asked to submit them and the clearance time will thus be extended.

When making a complaint, you must state your exact address, phone number, and a description of the fault. Once the fault has been assessed, you will be notified by your retailer about the method of the repair and where it will be carried out.
